Molecular sieve oxygen generation, also known as pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation, is a type of normal-temperature air separation oxygen production technology. Its working principle leverages the fact that nitrogen molecules have a slightly larger molecular diameter and account for a large proportion in the air. Raw air is pressurized by a compressor, then sent to an air pretreatment unit for impurity removal and cooling to normal temperature. It subsequently flows through the inlet valve into adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other substances are adsorbed by high-efficiency adsorbents, and the high-purity oxygen produced can meet the requirements of diverse application scenarios.
